There is plenty of parking available including two off road parking spaces directly outside the property.

St Fagans is a charming village situated on the western edge of Cardiff next to fairwater. St Fagans is best known for it's open air museum - one of Wales' most popular heritage attractions which stands in the grounds of St Fagans Castle.

There is a lake within a 1 minute walk from the house with extensive access to Plymouth Woods and various (dog) walking areas. There is also walking access through to St Fagans museum and the Plymouth Arms pub. There are a few leisure centres within easy reach. Further afield, Cardiff hosts many activities including the Cardiff International Pool, National Museum, Cardiff international white water rafting centre and Cardiff Bay with it's huge choice of bars and restaurants.

The area is picturesque and peaceful yet close to Cardiff with many convenient transport links to the city centre and further afield via the M4 linking west to Swansea and east to Newport, Bristol and London. Cardiff airport is also less that 10 miles away. the nearest train station is less that 3 miles away with it's direct routes into the city centre which then link with the mainline trains.

The cost of the single room to rent is £350 per month with a £450 deposit.
