This lovely spacious house has plenty of room with a big relaxing garden, that's clean & tidy.

Sincere, professional person preferred as it's in a very nice location and 10 minutes from Cardiff Central.

This house is located with Taff trail walks at the end of the street, and this house is also located near the river Taff for nature walks or fishing along the river.

It has large dining & kitchen areas and plenty of room to relax or study if needed.

My preferred reason for female gender, I have a daughter that visits for tea and stays overnight with me once or twice a week, and not only that, but I do prefer female company over male, due to living with and growing up with 4 x females for most of my childhood and adult life.
