A unique opportunity to rent a double bedroom in a brand new 3 bedroom detached new home less than a mile from the M4.

Due to work and personal life, I (the landlady) will only be home one or two nights a week. That could change, but assume for now that you'd have the house to yourself most of the time!

While the bedroom doesn't have an en-suite, the main bathroom is next to it and would only be used occasionally by guests at weekends. So it'd be as good as yours.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, bedside chest of drawers, lamp, hanging rail and IKEA unit with 4 cubby holes. There is a TV point in the bedroom.

The pictures show the house & you'd be welcome to make use of every room. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a driveway for parking and a dedicated fibre internet line will be in place by the time you move in.

Couples welcome, monthly rent amount would need negotiating. ID will need to be shown and a copy taken as well as a £500 security deposit paid.

The house is currently up for sale so you may need to accommodate the occasional viewing. You would get two - three months' notice if it was to sell, so wouldn't need to be out quickly.

I am also considering renting out a second room, but plan on just the one for now and then (if I did go ahead) we could discuss and choose someone else together. :)
