1 room in new build house inc bills - Cardiff

Hello,

I am looking for a new housemate. The house is a new build, 2 bedroom house in St Mellons, Cardiff, and the room is available from end of October onwards (can be flexible). The room is furnished other than a bed frame which will be in the room by the time someone moves in!

Spacious garden with a patio area.

Good access to M4. Perfect location if working in Newport, Bristol or Heath Hospital
Heath Hospital - 12 minute drive
Tesco – 4 minute drive
Newport Rd – 8 minute drive
City centre – 18 minute drive

I am a professional that works Monday - Friday for a university and evenings/weekends as a support worker for the homeless. I work a mix of at home and in the office.

House has 1 car parking space. I have a car so use of this space will not always be available. There is free street parking around the corner.

Ideally looking for someone very clean and tidy – important!
Please note, this will be an excluded license agreement and not an assured shorthold tenancy agreement – i. e lodger and not tenant.

- Open to short term lets/Monday-Friday/weekend only
- Not a party house
- No pets allowed
- Good broadband
- A variety of local pubs within walking distance of house
- All bills included

House was only built in 2020 so is in very good condition.
