Lovely large double room in friendly houseshare

I have a spacious and cosy large double room available in my house in St Mellons.

In a nice quiet part of St Mellons, the house is 2 mins from the A48 and M4 and only 10 mins drive to Cardiff city centre. Or there is a bus stop at the end of our road. It's only 5 mins from Cardiff Gate Business park and a short walk to St Mellons Business Park

The house has recently been redecorated with new kitchen and bathroom and is kept very clean and tidy. All spaces are shared. All cooking implements, cutlery, cups etc are already there so no need to bring your own unless you want to. There is also a lovely garden space if you like to sit outside. Just to note with the bedroom, there is currently a hanging rail instead of wardrobe but I will install a wardrobe if required.

I am a live in landlord but will be travelling for the next 5 months. So the house is to share with one other professional female (30 years old). She is really friendly and easy to get along with.

All bills are included - Electric/Gas, Water, Council Tax, Fibre Broadband.
