This property is in the nice neighbourhood in the Bottesford area of Asby, situated around the corner from a main bus route, close to the M180 and is perfectly located for easy access for the Steelworks, Hospital, Keadby Power station, Immingham Docks, and the Humber Bridge. This propety has a large TV in the communal lounge. The utility bills are included together with a professional weekly cleaning service for all communal areas that also includes the supply of Handsoap, both kitchen & toilet paper, refuse bags and washing up liquid too. Bed linen, towels and bedroom cleaning service can also be provided in the room if you so wish at an additional cost. Smoking and vaping is permitted in the rear garden.
