I am looking for some one to share my home with. It has just had Extensive Works carried out to a great standard their is a lot of home automation high speed broadband wired and wireless in all rooms, The room I am letting has a 48" Flat screen TV with DVR and will have a Music system in if wanted ,Double bed with new mattress Feather quilt 4 pillow,2 Bedside Draws and LED Reading lights and Amazon Alexei control Hub. new Laminate floor. Small clothes cupboard and additional storage. I will also supply all your bedding and Towels .Their is a WC and Hand basin next to your room which is shared with me. Then on the ground floor their is The Main living room Kitchen and Main Bathroom with powerful shower with Bath and WC, It has Bluetooth connection so you can play music from your Phone while using the bathroom.
Their is a new Large Kitchen with Dishwasher Washing Machine sink lots of shared storage all the utensils you need Double Oven with 5 burners and gas Grill Large electric Steak Grill Iron and Ironing board .
Main Living room has a 60" TV Music system Double leather settee and 2 Lather electronic adjustable single seats Corner desk which you can use, and a Dinning Table and chairs.. French Doors Front and Rear so lots of fresh air in the summer and lots of natural Light.

House Rules All I ask is for you to be is Clean and Tidy Leave the room you use as you found it. and just respect each others privacy. I don`t mind you having friend and family around or a girl friend to Stay over Night Their is a Garden at the back of the house for use, but it is still being sorted out from all of the renovations and it`s still a mess. This is being done over the next few weeks.
he first 3 months will be on a trial basis to see if we can share the house together. and we get on, because you never know You might hate it here and want to leave So I think 3 month is plenty of time for that So after 3 months if you want to terminate the house share you will get your Deposit back and you will be free to leave with no obligation.
