2) single room available 7 days a week. Good sized single room £75pw (min charge 1 weeks rent) with double wardrobe and chest of draws, shared bathroom with shower over the bath.

Property sits at the corner of a cul-de-sac, with off street parking.

Full use of kitchen with your own fridge, shared use of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, washing machine, inside and outside drying lines.
Lounge and study (both with sofas and televisions with extensive independent sky packages) garden with furniture and bar-b-que.
Good local shops (bakers, butchers, newsagents, supermarkets, ironmongers, beauty salons, hairdressers) and a choice of takeaways and pubs serving nice meals within walking distance, short walk into the country side.
Good access (2 miles) to M180, Scunthorpe, Doncaster and surrounding towns.
Some public transport available, buses and train station, own transport a distinct advantage.
