I have a beautiful, spacious and bright double room to rent.

The room is furnished with two bespoke fitted wardrobes with integrated drawers, two side tables, a king size bed, wall mirror, wall mounted TV and two large windows which keeps the room bright and airy. Loose furniture can be removed if needed.

The house is fully furnished with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, washing machine and dryer all in perfect condition). There is a separate comfy living area with two sofas and TV to chill and relax. Bills are included within the monthly rental but this is subject to a fair use disclaimer.

Closest supermarkets are Asda and Tesco, both a 5 minute drive. There is a Sainsbury’s local a 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to Cleethorpe’s sea front packed with local bars and restaurants. It’s also a 15 minute walk to People’s Park.

I am a friendly social 23 year old and work in Cleethorpes as an architect part time and study for my masters in Newcastle. In the evenings I like to chill with a glass wine and getting over absorbed into a crime thriller. Open to new suggestions! As of September I will be spending most my time in Newcastle but I will be back periodically (notice given) to visit and/or stay in Grimsby. The second bedroom is currently rented out to a 24 year old professional female who is doubly as lovely and friendly! The preference is for the future lodger to also be a professional female of similar age range but not essential.
