Double bedroom

Spacious furnished double bedroom, including wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV and Virgin box. My home is situated in a quiet street in the Old Brumby area of town. My home is close to both the town centre and Ashby with lots of amenities in the area including leisure centre, central park, shops and a local pub a short walk away. We are central to both colleges, the University and a short distance from Scunthorpe General Hospital. Steel works is a ten minute drive.
I have a friendly cat and often look after my son's dog during the day. I do not mind smokers, although strictly no smoking in the house please.
I do prefer someone who would be mainly Monday to Friday, contractors/people with their own home, as I enjoy having some weekends to myself and although the house is quiet in the week it can get busy at a weekend with family visiting. Obviously understand you may have to work some weekends.
