The renter will have access to their own private bathroom on the lower ground floor. There is an en-suite that has a shower that may be shared on request.

The house is beautifully, fully furnished with an industrial look, alongside the room if required and very clean .

Currently, the house would be shared by my son and his cat therefore other small pets can be considered .

I would ideally like a male occupant within their mid 20s to late 30s who is working full time and can provide references.

Bills are to be negotiated.
Currently council tax is £150 per calendar month, electricity , gas and water at £250 approximately. The renter will need to source their own WiFi.
