Near motor way links, bus routes and train station and local amenities such as shops, tesco's, pubs.

Whole house fully furnished including; wardrobes, chest of drawers, large smart screen tv as well as appliances such as a hoover, iron & ironing board, on top of pots & pans, cutlery, etc. Including a variety cooking & baking gadgets as well. You basically just have to bring yourself.

Plenty of on road parking. There is a drive way you can use, my cars to low to fit on it.

Idealy looking for a female tenant as the other tenant is female and she's in the house a lot more than me.
I have a dog he's really friendly.
No couples sorry.
