En-suite room in quiet village close to airport

The room to back garden and access

I am a single, semi-retired male artist living in a large bungalow in the quiet village of Branton, just a few minutes from Robin Hood Airport.

This large room is en-suite, has secure outside access and you would also have access to my kitchen and dining room, which as you can see in the photos are immediately next to the available room, thus splitting the bungalow into two parts with shared kitchen and DR in the middle.

I am an artist, sort-of retired, very friendly, respectful and safe.

My house-mate must be fairly quiet, respectful and reliable. The room is en-suite with a key-access to the outside and back-garden. It is currently unfurnished but will be furnished if my tenant doesn't have their own things.
