It’s a nice double room with en-suite .
Ideally looking for someone’s that’s professional, that’s in work. The house is about 25 mins bus journey to barnsley trains station. The bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house.
Rent is £125 pw
I would require £500 Deposit,
2 weeks advance rent of £250
You'll have a full fridge to use. If I do get another lodger, you may have to share it.
Also there is a dryer to use. Ideally in the winter.
A cooker I hardly use.
And living room to share with myself. If you wished.
I also have another bigger double en-suite bedroom for 600 per month.
