Great double room in laid back house at Waverley

Hi We are Johnny & Angela. We are currently looking for a lodger to fill our double room. We live in a home on the Waverley estate which is close to the M1 and Parkway. We are very close to the AMRC and manufacturing park. There are some great walks round the lakes on the estate and it is a great place to live. We have broadband with Netflix available. We currently have the house for sale but until it is sold we would like someone to share our home. We would be happy with short term or going on a month by month basis. The room has a wardrobe and you will have soul use of the main bathroom, as well as sharing the kitchen. We are on a bus route to Rotherham, Sheffield, and Medowhall. As it says in the title we are both very laid back and we would hope you treated our house as your own. We both work in education and are looking for someone who is also in full time employment. We have a dog called Max who is 6 years old and very very friendly.
