I am looking for a house mate to share my house as I spend a lot of time working away, I have recently insulated and redecorated the upstairs and most of downstairs with bit of work left to finish downstairs. The room to rent is on the first floor with the bathroom and spare room. With another bedroom room in the loft which I use when not in my campervan.
The house has Philips hue lights installed with smart heating and hot water.
