Large double room with its own en-suite (with large walk-in shower) in brand new furnished house in New Rossington on the southern edge of Doncaster. Positioned on the new Taylor Wimpey Holly Hill development, the house is within walking distance of local amenities, including a Lidl, post office and several take-aways. There are great local cycle and footways to explore the area which is on the edge of New Rossington and adjacent to open countryside. The A1 and M18 are both easily accessible. Doncaster is a pleasant English city with everything you need, including a main line train station, horse-racing course, lots of shopping and bags of history.

The property is on bus service 55/56 (operated by First) which runs to/from Doncaster centre (sometimes via Bessacarr). It also serves the iPort (a large local employment area) - which is within 30 mins walk if you don't want to take the bus. Service 205 also passes the house and also routes to Doncaster centre as well as Tickhill and Harworth to the south.

All bills are included and fast, reliable broadband is installed. Some bicycle storage is available in the garage and there is parking to the front of the house or on nearby streets. An enclosed large garden is to the rear. The house is centrally heated, has a large shared lounge with multi-channel/internet TV, and a well-equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, eye level microwave and a separate dining room. Good quality crockery, cutlery, cooking items and washing machine/tumble dryer are all present.

I am a professional pilot and am looking for someone who is respectful and trouble-free to share a house with. Other than those requests, I have no preference for age, gender, professional status or background. I would consider couples but I would require £950 per month in this case. I will consider pets but again at a higher rent, depending on the particular pet.
