I have a double room to rent for a lodger to live with me, my 7years old child. I am not smoking, not drinking, not noisy, good manners.
There are front and back garden, parking around the house, Hexthrope school, corner shops. If you walking, 20 min to town centre and train, bus station. Also small fridge, new bed mattress, wardrobe with drawers.
Weekly payments £90 pw, all bills including. If you need TV, you have to buy a license.
Sharing bathroom.
