Property is 10mins walk from the Frenchgate Centre, 5 mins from Silver Street. No off street parking, but there is street parking outside the property.

The area is fairly quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The cat is a tart and loves everyone so long as you rub her belly.

Bills and broadband are included within the rent as is full access to all areas of the house. Applicant must be clean, tidy (not necessarily OCD level) and respectful. The house is none smoking, so if you smoke be prepared to get cold and wet in the winter!

Please note the room is only available for sole occupancy (occasional visitors are fine) The room is available for immediately, but can be held short term for the right person.
