Payment will be made monthly in advance, encompassing all bills, including council tax.

A deposit of £300 is required. Bedding, including pillows, will be supplied, but tenants are responsible for maintaining them and any other furnishings needed. The property's location offers excellent accessibility, with nearby connections to the A1 (3 miles), making commuting to Sheffield and Leeds highly convenient. A dynamic and responsible tenant would be preferable.
