My home is my sanctuary and I welcome quiet and calm professional flatmates to enjoy the tranquility and stunning views.
I live in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, council tax A. I have a double bedroom and a single bedroom for rent. There is a large living room, kitchen, downstairs WC, and a conservatory on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. There is a good sized garden and patio in the back. The bathrooms are shared and there are no en-suite bathrooms.
I have two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Shih Tzu who was born in lockdown and is quite fearful of new people. He does warm up to new people quickly and is a love bug.
There is a Morrison's Daily 3 mins walk from the house. There are bus stops within 5 mins walking distance from the house. There is plenty of parking on the street.
Flatmates must be clean and tidy.
I have stated my preference for female flatmates as it is a female household respecting my heritage and cultural beliefs.
