The central heating is thermostat control to each room for personal heating preference. The bedroom has a TV ariel so you can watch TV in your room, if you have a TV. The double bed has storage below.
The property is detached and stands in a substantial plot of land both to the front and back. There is a patio area to sunbathe or read. There is a large kitchen with all electrical appliances available to use. You will have your own fridge/freezer and sitting room with coloured TV. There are two further bathrooms in the property, including one downstairs. The property has a garage where you can store a bicycle and has a security alarm.
I am employed by the NHS so my hours are variable. I share the property with my husband/son (who work away) and my Husky dog. Mia is not a noisy dog, but warns you if there is someone about.
My husband and I are looking for someone who is professional and works full time (shift patterns are no problem). We would like someone who is tidy, trustworthy and prepared to keep their room tidy and respect the security of the property. We are outdoor people who have various pursuits so the house tends to be quiet.
Parking is on the road. It is a quiet road behind the property with few children and within easy reach of the countryside if wildlife is of interest. The bus stop is to the front of the property. The property is very close to the motorway and an excellent location for the M180 / M18/ M62.
