1-month sublet entire top floor in house share

The entire top floor of our happy hippie house-share it available! From now probs until End of April as I won’t be returning to my lovely home as soon as I thought! On that floor, you have two rooms and one bathroom all to yourself. On top of that, you get a spacious yoga / co-working space, a beautiful open-plan kitchen with living room, another bathroom with big luxury bathtub as well as front and backyard and some storage space in the basement. You also get two amazing housemates in their 30s, one male & one female, and a little dog that occasionally visits. Little dog doesn’t like other dogs so you cannot bring any extra pets unfortunately. Essential: Be friendly, social, non-judgemental, clean, water the plants, love the tortoise, take care of the house and stick to agreements about peaceful down-time, cleaning, and covid.

About the top-floor: 1 larger room with panoramic window over Sheffield city incl. nice double mattress (none of that wire box bed non-sense), sofa, lots of plants and fairy lights. 1 smaller room with skylight, double bed with memory foam double mattress, desk, chair, lots of plants and fairy lights. 1 bathroom with toilet, sink (cold water only), shower. Larger room is all yours and free of personal items; smaller room is also all yours but contains a wardrobe with my personal belongings that will stay there during your stay.

Rooms will probably be available until End of April. There is also the option of renting one room once I am back, but this would be an overlap solution not a long-term let.

I understand renting and moving is difficult in these strange times, so let’s talk about safe options. As you have an entire floor to yourself in a big house with garden, it should be easy enough to keep some distance for the first 5 or 10 days, or to order a test before moving. Let’s talk about it. x

About the HOUSE:

There is a large open-plan kitchen incl. oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, all cooking equipment. The house is vegetarian, but you are obviously free to do as you please outside of the house. No meat inside the house, thank you.

There is a cosy living room attached too the kitchen and access to our back yard. Smokers are welcome to smoke there, no smoking inside the house.

We also got a workshop space that you can use for yoga, dancing, read,..

There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, shower, sink and one with toilet, bathtub, sink.

We are a clean, tidy, and considerate house share - we like friendly interaction during the day and peaceful nights. We spend time together and like to know how your day went :)
