I am a retired art teacher, but very active and like to be outside. I attend art classes, and dance classes as well as working in my allotment , and love walking, so very active. This is a quiet sanctuary, so not for those who want to party. Bills are included, but I want someone who will be frugal with the use of gas and electricity. I would prefer someone who works in the office every day as opposed to working from home
