1 lovely double attic room in a Victorian terrace in Woodseats. Easy access to station , direct bus routes to city centre. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Front room and dinning room are open plan with a woodburner stove.
A lovely patio for summer days.
Bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
I am a retired art teacher, but very active and like to be outside. This is a quiet sanctuary, so not for those who want to party. Bills are included, but I want someone who will be frugal with the use of gas and electricity. I would prefer someone who works in the office every day as opposed to working from home
