Looking for a house mate to share my home with.

I have a single room available in my home, it comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, draws and shelfs and a brand-new single bed with draws.

You’d be sharing with just myself, sometimes I’ll be working from home so I need someone that can be respectful of this. I’m looking for a working professional. Someone who is quiet, friendly and tidy that would prefer a home than a busy house share with multiple occupants.
I've had a couple of short term let's with contractors and it's worked really well so I'm open to short term let's as well as long term.

There is a fully functional kitchen with everything you need, dining room and a decent size living room. TV and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

Plenty of on street parking. Garden out the front and the back.

The location is great as its only 3 miles from the M1 and M18. Bus stop next to house. Half a mile to the woods if you enjoy walking/nature. A short walk from Aldi and the town centre.

My mums dog will be here sometimes so you will need to love animals too.
