We are looking to rent our spare room on the top floor of our 4-bed family home on a quiet, leafy street in Nether Edge. We are very close to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Nether Edge Road and Abbeydale Road.
The room will suit someone who is comfortable sharing a house with a young family. Our daughter is good natured and sociable.
The room is on the top floor of the house. During the day, Jack works from the office in the house. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
We are an easy-going family who like to spend time in the outdoors whenever we can.
