About the House:
Welcome to your potential new home! It's bright, cozy, and has its own unique charm. Sure, it may be a bit wonky, but that's what gives it personality! One thing you'll notice right away is my love for indoor plants – we've got about 30 of them thriving here. Plus, I'm eager to start a garden for growing veggies and flowers. It's all about creating a peaceful and nurturing environment, especially after a long day at work.

Oh, I almost forgot the important details! The rent for the room will be around £550 per month, and that includes all bills (incl council tax £70 each monthly). Plus, we've got a guest room, so you'll have plenty of space to host friends or family when they come to visit. It's all about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels at home. The length of the tenancy can be discussed but the preference is 1 year minimum preferably. You will be signing a tenancy agreement with our landlord (Hallam Hills).

About Me:
I'm a queer non-binary individual from Brazil. I work hard as a hospital social worker, which means my days are often emotionally and mentally demanding. However, I'm also easy-going and love to unwind by cooking up delicious meals, camping under the stars, or grooving to tunes at music festivals.

I'm all about that DIY life! I make my own toothpaste, whip up batches of pickles (I just can't get enough of them), and love getting crafty when I have the time.

Who I'm Looking For Ideally:
I'm on the hunt for someone who shares my values and vibe. Left-wing tendencies? Check. Respect for cleanliness and organization? Double check. Most importantly, I need a housemate who's open to honest communication and discussion. We'll need to hash out some rules and agreements to ensure a harmonious living situation. After all, we'll be sharing a home, so it's essential that we're on the same page.
