Looking for 2-3 co-tenants in a plant-based house

Hi!

My live-in landlord, as they are moving out, is renting out the whole house at a great location near Abbeydale road, Nether Edge, so I am looking for two people to join me as co-tenants by end of May/early June.

I am an ethical vegan and thus would be seeking people who would be comfortable eating plant-based at the house, and would love to have fellow progressives around.

I don't smoke or drink and enjoy meaningful connections and occasional fun but generally maintain a calm atmosphere.

I believe the setup could work great for a couple wanting a separate office room as both of the rooms are on the 1st floor, or you could share the bigger room upstairs for 650-700 pcm.

Finally, there is a shed for a bike and there would be a full-sized fridge freezer set up for the time, potentially in addition to the current mini fridge.
