It is also only a 20 minute walk to either Ecclesall Road, Sheffield University or the City centre. There are lots of buses conveniently available from Abbeydale Road.

You will have shared use of kitchen, cosy living room with Freeview TV and broadband internet, a modern bathroom with power shower and private back garden with decking space to enjoy. You will also have bonus access to computer space in attic bedroom, as well as chill out area up there.

There is free on-street parking available, directly outside the house.

You will be living with us in our home whilst we save for our wedding! Along with our cat, Arnie.
We are a young, friendly, professional couple and enjoy going to the gym, visiting friends, going out to eat or cooking in. Most evenings are spent relaxing in front of the TV.
