A spacious light and airy warm attic bedroom is available in my victorian property. I lived in my house for many years and it has a good atmosphere.

*The room wouldn't suit anyone working from home*

Will suit a friendly person who enjoys their own space and is happy in themselves.
Someone who is clean! and tidy, quiet at night and respectful of me, my house and my neighbours.

Top floor large attic bedroom with own stairs in a 3 floor victorian semi.
Includes double wardrobe, desk, shelving unit, mirror, lamps, double bed with a thick and barely used mattress.

The house -
Fibre broadband, new roof with new velux window, new washer, new carpets, fully stocked kitchen inc coffee machine, air fryer.
Cctv, locked garden gates, quaint south facing garden with sofa and recliners, patio with covered pergola, nice quiet neighbours, on street parking.

I'm afraid it would not be suitable for the following -
- Anyone who genuinely does not like dogs.
- Anyone who is into a party lifestyle or late night/loud living.
- Anyone who works from home or works part time.
.- Anyone who wants guests staying over.
- Professional preferred, sorry no students or couples.

2 mins walk to Graves park, 5 mins walk to Woodseats main strip, 5 mins walk to Meersbrook park, regular bus routes, local shop.

About me - I'm a nature and dog lover, keen gardener and cook, enjoy hiking, watching movies and have many interests.

I am learning Italian. Se sei Italiano, perfetto!.

I'm friendly and love a really good laugh. Like a good night in but my partying days are over.

My dog is a little female cockerpoo, fully trained, excellent behaviour and very quiet.

If you would like to rent mid week, the room will be yours and not used or entered whilst you are away over the weekend. You can leave your things here securely.
