Although the house is currently occupied by females only, both Male and females are welcome.

The property is situated with excellent transport links, 10 minute walk to Sheffield Train Station, and Supertram stop or a 30 second walk to the nearest bus stop. There are also some takeaways a minutes walk up the road.

The City Centre is within 15/20 minutes walking distance. Alternatively, there is a bus stop close to the property. It is a 5 minute bus journey to the centre with buses running every 7 minutes.

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, water, council tax, insurance and unlimited fibre optic 80MB broadband). All appliances, equipment and utilities are new and included in the rent as well.

This property is none smoking throughout, however a smoking area is provided.
