2 rooms, close to city & M1, with parking

Hi,

I have 2 rooms available to rent (1 single and 1 double) in my 3 bed house on a quiet cul-de-sac. All bills are included (including broadband). The current housemates are friendly and sociable, but they are moving out in the near future. Some of the decor is a bit old, but everything is in good working order and both bedrooms were decorated last year. I'm looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and friendly

ABOUT THE DOUBLE ROOM:
The room was decorated last year and is furnished with a standard double bed, bedside table and wardrobe with mirror. A chest of drawers is also in the room, just to the left of the window (but it isn't in the photos). The view is over the park at the back of house.

ABOUT THE SINGLE ROOM:
The room is furnished with a standard single bed, bookcase, floor to ceiling wardrobe and additional cupboard. The view is over the front of the house which is south facing and isn't overlooked. There is some space should you want to bring some of your own furniture; a desk or chest of drawers would fit.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Off street parking is available for two cars and on street parking is also available. The house has a shared bathroom with a separate toilet, lounge-diner, kitchen and utility room. The back garden leads on to a quiet park.

It is located about a 10-15 minute drive from Sheffield city centre or 25 minutes by bus. The local train station is about a 10 minute walk away and has trains going Sheffield or Worksop way. Junction 33 of the M1 is 10 minutes away. Northern General Hospital is a 10-15 minute drive away.

There is a large Asda and Aldi a short drive away, along with other amenities such as takeaways and pubs.
