Spacious double room in Sheffield S13

Large double room on 1st floor of a 3 bedroom end terrace in Richmond. Front facing on a predominantly quiet street.
Furnished with double bed, large wardrobe and bedside table, but these can be removed if not needed.
Similarly, I can add additional furniture. Please just ask.
There is a large garden, dining area, galley kitchen, decent sized bathroom and spare downstairs toilet.
Alternatively there is a single room that i would be happy to let out for £300 pcm instead.

LOCATION:
Good access to bus routes, a short walk from Lidl, and a short drive to the ASDA superstore in Handsworth.
Crystal Peaks shopping centre is roughly a 10 minute drive.

PETS:
I no-longer have dogs as shown in the photo, and would prefer no other dogs or cats at the moment.
I'm happy to accept other pets (including exotic).

LIFESTYLE:
This is a very liberal household and a relatively quiet space. I'm relatively clean and tidy but not at all militant about it.
Main rule: please clean up after yourself! :)

All nationalities and LGBTQ people are welcomed.
Disabled people also welcome but I've put no initially due to lack of wheelchair access (lots of steps).

Vegetarian/vegan friendly but not strict myself.
