We're both pretty chill flatmates - i'm a postgrad student at Uni of Sheff, into my music, festivals, travelling about when I can and nights out etc etc
Flat is really sound, got done up at the start of our tenancy and is really nice. Landlord is great and really friendly, good location in a nice bit of Sheff.
No real preferences but i suppose it would be good if you're a bit outgoing and sociable
