The front room is very pleasant and has a 40" TV with super-fast wireless broadband.

The backyard is a small gravelled garden which does not back onto other properties and has a pleasant aspect.

The house is located 2 mins from the bus stop into the city centre and 5 mins from Hillsborough tram stop. There's on street parking, local shops a short walk away and Hillsborough Park at the bottom of the road. The area has some nice pubs locally and has good access to the Peak District.

There is a large cellar available for bicycle storage if required.
