Spacious attic room in a lovely house in Crookes

The room is a spacious attic room in a lovely three bed terrace house in Crookes. The room is unfurnished (TBC) but the rest of the house is fully furnished (I own all the furniture and other things). I work from home a few days a week and use the spare room as an office, but there is a wardrobe in there for shared storage, and room for a single mattress for visitors. I own everything for the kitchen and bathroom, so you won't need any of your own, but I will happily make space for whatever you have.

The rent is currently £560 per month including all bills - gas/electric, water, TV/internet, window cleaner, Council Tax. There is a house account that I use for all of this, so it’s easy to manage everything with one monthly transfer in. We will need to pay for the TV license in April.

You'll be sharing with me - 33, female, working professional (Project Manager). My boyfriend and I split time between our two houses, so he’ll be around a bit as well - will make introductions of course! I enjoy cooking and sharing meals and going out to spend time with friends. I enjoy quiet pubs and the occasional big night out, brunch and dinner parties. I keep fit, regularly going to the gym, running and playing netball. I love walking in the peaks, travelling and exploring new places.

I've lived in this house for almost five years and I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a comfortable and homely place. I'm easy to live with (so I’ve been told!) - clean, tidy, not rowdy, and respectful of your privacy and space. I’d ask the same of you too.

Crookes is a brilliant community to live in - great pubs, good public transport links and plenty of shops.
