Hi I'm Sarah and looking to rent out my spare room.
I am looking for a short-term lodger, ideally for someone who needs a place to stay for a month or so
The double room up for rent has a triple door wardrobe, chest of draws and a double bed in it.
Since this is my home I am looking for someone who will be tidy and clean. It would be good to rent my room out to a fellow outdoorsy person. My main hobby is climbing, if you don't climb that is fine, but if you do my house is pretty much equal distance to most of the Sheffield climbing walls. 10 min drive to The Climbing Works and 10 min drive to The Depot.
I would prefer a non smoker
