Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 32 and looking to rent out my spare room.
The double room has a triple door wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table and a double bed in it.
Since this is my home I am looking for someone who will be tidy and clean. It would be good to rent my room out to a fellow outdoorsy person....bonus points if you climb or boulder, as I climb a few times a week, I also enjoy yoga, netball and love to go out on my bike too :)
If you don't climb that is fine, but if you do my house is pretty much equal distance to most of the Sheffield climbing walls. 10 min drive to The Climbing Works and 10 min drive to The Depot.
Leo enjoys climbing, music and playing tennis.
We have no problem if you eat meat but I am a veggie and Leo is vegan :)
I would prefer a non smoker
