The house is currently home to three friendly post graduate students looking for a fourth friendly and respectful housemate.

Both professional and student applicants are welcome, the landlord has agreed to subsidise the council tax if a professional housemate is found.

The house is a large three bed terrace house with 2 bathrooms, lounge (with a wood-burner!), dining room and a kitchen. There is also a lovely garden which has a bike store.

A couple of minute walk from Ecclesall Rd, the house is very close to the Sainsburys and Co-Op supermarkets and all the shops, cafes and bars Eccy Rd has to offer. It's also only a few minutes from Endcliffe Park and the lovely walks along Porter Brook out into the Peak District.
With a bus stop at the end of the rd with regular busses into town it makes it a really convenient and enjoyable part of Sheffield to live in.
