Double Room in Large House

Hi there,
I have a double room to rent in my home in Sheffield. The room is bright and airy and located on the top floor so it gives some privacy. The mattress is new and there is a new 32” smart TV in the room.

Although the room doesn't have an ensuite, the main bathroom is rarely used and there would only be you using it 95% of the time.

You will have your own fridge and freezer in the kitchen and own food cupboard. The kitchen and lounge are shared with me. The lounge has a fab surround system and Virgin Media TV and Netflix.

Location wise, there are great public transport stops nearby including trams, which takes approx 20 mins to get into the city centre. If you like the great outdoors, the Derbyshire border is on the doorstep.

I am looking for one professional to share with - even though the house has 4/5 bedrooms, I do not intend to let out any more of the bedrooms. All bills are included and if required, I can also give access to a Netflix account for your room.
