You'll be living with 3 boys who are students in their final year, they're lovely and welcoming, and they're clean people.
Rent is only £89.50 per week, this includes bills, WiFi, SMART TV & TV License. There is also a gym that is free to use, that is regularly cleaned. Their preference is to live with another student if possible, can be negotiated though.
It's very close to Ecclesall Road, and Collegiate campus.
