The house is located just off Ecclesall Road, between Endcliffe Park and the Botanical Gardens. Its only a 10 minute walk from Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus and 20 minutes from Sheffield University.
While it is a 6 bed house, only 5 people will be living there leaving a spare room. This means you will have a choice between two rooms.
There are 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers but one also has a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious with a large smart TV.
The current tenants are fun, friendly, and like going out but they will also be third years so will be busy working a lot. Since 3 of them are girls, and the 1 boy is gay, they would prefer that the new tenant is female.
