Double room in 2 bed maisonette. Beautiful views!

I have a double room available in my rented flat - it's a 2 bedroom maisonette with a very spacious living room.

The first couple of pictures are of the room as it is now - the flat came unfurnished but there's currently a bed and a desk in there that belong to me but I can remove them if you'd rather have your own furniture! The next pictures are some older ones of the room unfurnished. It also has an amazing view from the window - you get great sunsets! There's a massive built in cupboard in the room so plenty of storage space.

I have pet rats - they live in a cage in the living room and come out for free roam usually for at least an hour a day, so it would be a bonus if you're comfortable with pets and are excited to meet them! They're three boys (Inkcap, Blewit and Button) and they're very sweet and intelligent and occasionally a bit cheeky. They love gentle piano music!

I've got the other room so I would be your housemate - I have CFS/ME so I'm just studying part time from home and not working at the moment, which means I'm in quite a bit in the daytime. I also don't have loads of energy all the time so I can't always do things like the washing up straight away, but I do often cook delicious food (so I've been told) and keep the house clean! I love to be outside and have been growing sweet peas and nasturtiums on the balcony in pots, and have just got an allotment nearby! I also love music and having a good dance (I was a DJ before I got ill and still do the occasional gig). I'm looking for a housemate who I can get along with and socialise with some of the time!

There's a bus from right outside the building that takes 20 mins to get into town / to the train station, or there's off-street parking just outside as well. There's also a private bike shed bit for the flat where you can store bikes (or plant pots or boxes or whatever it is you need to store).

Rollestone woods are right by the flat and it's fairly close to the Meersbrook allotments! It's also a fairly short walking distance from Graves Park.
