I have a lovely furnished room available in a two-bedroom flat, with secure intercom entry in the S2 area. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. You will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (includes shower over a bath).

The flat is on the third floor, with access via stairs only. Rent includes all bills, not including TV licence, and has private off-road parking. The accommodation is a short walk away from Cricket Inn tram and a small retail park.

I am looking for either a working professional or mature student to share my home with. As a quiet, clean, and respectful person, I would like a flatmate with similar values. I work from home, studying for a degree part time, and love going out for walks, especially in the Peaks.
