The available property is a cute little terrace house in a great central location in Crookes. The available room is on the top floor and has a sky light, a double bed, a decent sized desk, a small bookshelf and a wardrobe that takes up no room as it opens into a cupboard space in the wall.

The current tenants are really friendly, with one of them completing their Masters this year and the other taking a year out before completing her Masters next year. Due to the heavier workload for them both, it's not particularly a party house, but they still love to socialise and enjoy going out for drinks/pubs/clubs when they can!

I am moving out as I have secured a job offer in a different part of the country, and the commute would no longer be suitable for me to travel there from Sheffield. It's a shame as I love my housemates and the house is really homely, but I'm hoping someone else will be able to enjoy the property as much as me.

Rent to Tapton Estates is only £330 per month, but bills are paid separately and make the overall rent just under £400 per month.
