Hi! I have an premium en-suite accommodation room situated at Central Quay. The flat contains 4 rooms and at the moment has two flat mates in, a boy and a girl, both very friendly. It is £95 a week; all bills included. The flat contains a 3/4 double bed, en-suite bathroom, a large desk with a view of the courtyard, under bed storage, spacious wardrobe and several other storage places. The flat contains a shared kitchen and living room. The accommodation itself has a courtyard for socializing, a study room, a common room with a pool table, bean bags, TV etc. It also contains a free gym and laundry room which includes a £100 coupon for the washers and dryers. It's a short walk to both universities in Sheffield and has a Tesco express built into the premises underneath and with a restaurant and a bar situated nearby and even a tattoo parlor. I no longer need the room and need someone to take over the tenancy and can also include the deposit and the first couple of months are already payed for.
