1 Double Room w. en Suite (Dec 2021- June 2022)

Hi There,

I'm a student and I am currently planning on taking a leave of absence from Uni (Uni of Sheff). I will be leaving shortly and am currently looking for someone to takeover my room for the rest of it's tenancy (End June). I am living in a 3 bed house with 2 male medical students (years 4 and 5) who are both lovely and respectful. Each double-bed room has their own bathroom and the living room including the kitchen are very modern. On top of that we also have our own garden which is towards the back and not facing the road. The house is located very close to 2 pubs (The Closed Shop & The Hallamshire House), and a 3 minute walk away from Ozmen's and Sainsbury's. We also have multiple sandwich shops in the area (2-3 minute walk). My current housemates are looking for either a student or young professional who can get along with them.
