- I'm looking for a female flatmate to flatshare in a two bedroom flat. I would prefer a female flatmate as I am also female.
- The flat has a great central location close to Bramall Lane, Abbeydale Road and London Road but the road itself is residential so pretty quiet.
- You would have your own massive bedroom (it's difficult to see this fully from the pictures but am happy to provide dimensions so you can get an idea) with a brand new double bedframe, mattress and all the furniture that is pictured.
- The room is fully lockable for privacy/security.
- The bathroom has been refurbished with a dual showerhead system and has lots of storage.
- Kitchen comes with all the pictured utilities including a washer dryer. Again, I have setup a lot of storage space here for a flatmate.
- I am looking for somebody who is respectable and tidy to live with. In return, I can offer a really lovely space with loads of storage space to help you feel settled in and comfortable.
