Need tenant replacement. En-suite, great view.

I'm ending university early and thus need a replacement tenant to get me off the contract. The flat is on the 7th floor and overlooks the train station half of the Sheffield city centre with not a single building in the way (great to watch the fireworks when they're going on). The rooms are decently sized and have a 3/4 large bed, for good images you can just go to exchange works site (which is just a quick search away). Additionally the block the rooms are in have an elevator making it easy to carry luggage and garbage to and from the first floor.

Once more I should mention that most the information and images are on their site, but honestly for the time I was there it was a great room and so close to town and the university that it takes just a short walk to each.
