Me and my flat mate Hannah are looking for someone to fill the 3rd room in our cosy attic flat. Tenancy starting as soon as you’d like.
£410.60 per month including bills but excluding council tax. Council tax is in the cheapest bracket!
Our flat is bang next to the Hallamshire hospital in Broomhill so is super central and you can easily access Sheff centre, Kelham island, Broomhill and eccy road/ sharrow vale.
The flat has nice character which lots of natural light due to all the attic windows!
The room itself has a double bed and a built in wardrobe as well as cupboard space as per the picture. A sink and mirror is also in place. The current tenancy is until March 14th. After that you’d be signing a contract for the following 6 months. Deposit is £325.
About us. I work as a Physiotherapist Monday-Friday full time in Sheffield and enjoy keeping busy and meeting new people. Hobbies include running & the outdoors, cafe trips, live music & going out for food and drinks!
Hannah works from home full time and is super chill. She loves music, tv , clothes and going out for food and drink.
We are both ideally looking for someone who is friendly, clean & tidy, and up for socialising every now and then. But we also have our own lives and respect others may want their own space too!
We are both into veggie eating and would happily do shared meals & have chilled tv nights in together/ drinks at the pub.
