Large Double Room

This is a lovely newly refurbished house. Large shops are two minutes away and the countryside is also within two minutes’ walk. The house is situated on a quiet road with on-street parking. Bus stops are close to the house and the tram is fifteen minutes’ walk. I am a PhD student studying at Sheffield who enjoys running, walking and the occasional trip to the pub. I also own two guinea pigs that have a cage in the lounge. There is a double bedroom available – on the first floor . The bedroom has a high speed network point, new carpets, storage under the beds and a new wardrobe with a set of drawers. The gas, electric bills and council tax are not included in the rent price and will be split.
